For account, billing, privacy, calculation, or deployment questions, email chiefsebastianaziz@gmail.com. Never send passwords, session tokens, OAuth secrets, payment details, or private hand data by email.

Calculation reports

Include the artifact ID, solver version, game configuration, and visible error code. PokerLab support should not request an opponent’s private cards or access to a poker client.

Security reports

Privately email chiefsebastianaziz@gmail.com. Avoid placing exploitable details in public issues until a maintainer acknowledges the report. The machine-readable contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
