Membership questions

When does access begin?

Only a verified Stripe webhook matching the deployment’s explicitly configured test or live mode can grant an entitlement. A checkout redirect alone never unlocks paid features.

Can I cancel?

The hosted billing portal supports cancellation, renewal, restoration, and payment-method updates. Access follows the normalized subscription state and configured grace policy.

Does PokerLab handle wagers?

No. PokerLab is independent educational software and does not accept deposits, stakes, withdrawals, or prizes.
